¿Una concepción hartiana del deporte?
Clarificaciones conceptuales y posibilidades futuras

En este comentario crítico, se examina la propuesta teórica más reciente del filósofo del deporte y del derecho José Luis Pérez Triviño, a saber, una concepción hartiana del deporte. El texto se divide en dos partes. La primera problematiza cuestiones relativas a los fundamentos conceptuales de la concepción, incluyendo su relación con las principales visiones filosóficas del deporte y del arbitraje deportivo. La segunda presenta posibilidades para el desarrollo futuro de la concepción. En definitiva, con este comentario, se clarifican elementos centrales en la literatura filosófica alrededor del deporte, especialmente en lo relativo a las resoluciones arbitrales, e identifican caminos a seguir para el proyecto iniciado por Pérez Triviño.
