Subsídios agrícolas e comércio internacional: quais são as implicações sobre as exportações mundiais e brasileiras?

Resumen

O objetivo do estudo é estimar os efeitos dos subsídios agrícolas de países terceiros sobre as exportações agrícolas mundiais e brasileiras. O modelo gravitacional é aplicado para fluxos agrícolas agregados e desagregados por produtos, nos anos 2004 a 2019. O suporte ao produtor (PSE) afeta negativamente as exportações brasileiras e mundiais sob uma perspectiva das exportações agregadas do agronegócio. Partindo para uma análise mais detalhada no âmbito setorial, o subsídio específico por produto (SCT) tem relação positiva com as exportações brasileiras de soja, milho, carne bovina e suína, e negativa com envios de açúcar pelo Brasil.
