Abstract

It had been a long time since the death of an economist in Argentina caused the shock that Victor caused on 17 March 2023. This reaction is entirely justified because the multifaceted man from Tucumán was a giant: for his written work, as a professor and 'manager' of the careers of many other economists, and for his personality.
