Abstract

In this article I will analyze a judgment of the First Mexican Chamber that I believe deserves careful analysis. Not only because it focuses on problems ––sexism, ageism, systemic discrimination, abuse of power in the business world, labor stereotypes–– that are central throughout Latin America, but because the arguments poured participate in an undertaking that, among all those resting on the table of contemporary constitutional law, has revealed distinctly challenging : the legal construction of the notion of substantive equality.
