Abstract

In this paper, instead of objecting to this or that point, I will accept the invitation provided by the great clarity of your exposition of the battlefield of possible theses on coherence in law and try to develop two points, both related to reasoning about norms: a) What would be the explanatory basis for coherence in law and how conservative should we be about it? b) What are the logical operations in the constructive explanation of the basis?
