Abstract

The core in legal analytical philosophy it is constituted by an effort to deploy theories able to answer to the question “what is the Law?” To have a theory of law implies to have a theory about what distinguishes “law” from “non-law”. This distinction must be independent of ourselves, at least independent of some preferences we have in a certain moment. This introduces the problem of conceptual analysis in the field of Law. This article addresses some the difficulties in such a task.
