his article argues with the text How to found a community after crime? by Claudia Hilb. In the author's opinion, the community "after the crime" that Hilb seeks is not possible, nor is it desirable without the necessary mediations, which are not only narrative. Likewise, the text starts by discriminating in a way that is not obvious the social and political yearning for the punishment of those responsible for crimes considered crimes against humanity, with respect to a set of concepts that would be prevented by effective punishment or sacrificed to it. However, in my opinion the judicial process does not prevent truth, understanding or repentance. The article discusses these points and elaborates on others.
