Abstract

This paper presents a critical review of Elena Ghidoni and Dolores Morondo Taramundi’s thesis, which proposes to carry out a review of stereotypes in the field of anti-discrimination law from the perspective of feminist criticism. In my comment, I want to show the advances that this thesis represents in and for structural inequality. Also, point out some “gaps” that exist in the development of Ghidoni and Morondo Taramundi’s thesis linked to the role of the “context” and the “remedies”. This work is part of a broader line of research that supports the need to put European-style anti-discrimination law in dialogue with the Inter-American approach to structural inequality.
