Abstract

The last yer we received the sad news of the death of Eugenio Bulygin (1931-2021). Among many other things, Professor Bulygin is a fundamental part of the history of Discusiones. Not only because of his involvement with the Universidad Nacional del Sur, but also because of his close collaboration and friendship with those who were the founders and editors-in-chief of Discusiones. We have devoted these first pages of our journal to remember him, in the words of those who knew him. Even if Pablo navarro's present contribution will be the last, the memory of Profesor Bulygin will last indelible.
