Abstract

The text sets out to make a detailed criticism of Coloma’s proposal (2016a, 2016b) submitted to Discusiones XVIII, according to which standards of proof can be interpreted/characterized as thresholds or prototypes. While identifying its problems reference is made to certain key aspects of the contemporary debate, which Coloma evaded due to certain unfortunate methodological decisions.
