Abstract

In the paper that opens this issue, Guastini sets out to present a version of rule scepticism that avoids some and overcomes others of the difficulties attributed to it. In particular, he tries to distinguish it not only from formalism and eclectic theory, but also from what is usually called extreme or radical scepticism; and that is why Guastini calls the version of scepticism he defends "moderate". Guastini's article is discussed by Isabel Lifante Vidal, Lorena Ramírez Ludueña, Michel Troper, Damiano Canale and Hernán Bouvier.
