This article raises three questions to Riccardo Guastini's "Scepticism in the face of rules rethought". First, a brief consideration will be made with a view to proposing a reading key to Guastini's "theory". Incidentally, a doubt is raised. But what is of more interest here is to highlight a way of reading the general proposal of the text under discussion. Secondly, the focus is on explanatory considerations about the multiplicity of interpretations and the conditioning factors of the thinking of those who apply the norms. Thirdly, a genuine question is posed to the author.
