Abstract

Redondo´s article is plenty of valuable remarks that deserve accurate discussions. I would like to tackled three points presented in her paper: the metaphysical background surrounding the particularismus-universalismus debate; the three notions of universalisations applied to norms and last, the dilemma that Redondo raised against Dworkin and the inclusive legal positivism.
